To recognize the signs of an unhealthy diet, the following characteristics:

Or other reasons because we consume too many empty calories of food (just a lot of calories but contain few nutrients), namely processed foods are high in fat or high sugar.
2. Low Energy Levels and Easily Tired
This problem is caused by weight-loss program based low-carbohydrate diet. Carbohydrates are the body's main source of fuel that can be immediately used.
Lack of carbohydrates can make a person tired physically and mentally listless.
3. Feeling Depression
Feeling depressed can occur because of lack of intake of omega-3 fats from fish, or the lack of B vitamins, particularly folic acid, vitamin B6 and B12.
4. Greedy and Cravings
Diets that are too tight and a lot of restrictions, leaving the breakfast or other eating schedule, and likes snacking on sweet or fatty foods, it causes one to be greedy and crave certain foods.
5. Difficult Concentrating
Leaving the breakfast, or not getting enough intake of antioxidants and vitamin E (found in nuts, seeds) may cause confusion and difficulty thinking, memory or shot down. It can also occur due to lack of iron auspan.
